General information
Driver information: The Minimum rental age is 23 years depending on vehicle group. Valid drivers licence, which must have been held for at least one year. An International drivers licence is recommended.
State/Border Restrictions: Vehicles are not permitted to be driven out of Morocco.
Mileage Allowance: The Vehicle is provided with an unlimited Kilometre/Mileage Allowance.
Taxes & Surcharges: Your booking includes all local taxes and premium location fee.
Deposit: The amount authorized/collected is generally the vehicle excess and the fuel deposit. The credit card will need to be in the name of the principal driver. Please note You may be required to present two credit cards depending on vehicle type.
Refunds: No credit will be given for the unused portion of the Rental Period.
Supplementary charges: Additional drivers are arranged for and paid for locally and are not included in the basic rental price. Additional drivers must show a valid drivers licence, which must have been held for a minimum of 2 yrs. Minimum/Maximum age restrictions apply.
Fuel: Vehicle is generally supplied with a full tank, return full or refueling charges will apply. A fuel payment option may be available at this location.Generally a fuel deposit is charged at the time of collection. This is paid locally by you.
Fines and Penalties: You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines or other penalties incurred whilst the Vehicle is on rent to you. The supplier will pass the relevant charge on to you plus any administrative fee. This is paid locally by you.
Out of Hours Charge: Out of hours service are not normally available.
Late Returns: If the Vehicle is returned later than the time specified in the voucher, the supplier will apply a charge. This is paid locally by you.
Insurance: The customer understands that all insurance cover is provided by the company supplying the vehicle
for rental and not Calypso Tour. Liability for claims in excess of the insurance cover purchased rests with
the hirer of the vehicle. Calypso Tour do not provide insurance cover of any kind in relation to the hire of
the vehicle and are not liable for damages incurred in the event of an accident.
Collision Damage Waiver(CDW): Is included in the booking cost and reduces your financial liability up to a maximum of 18000 MAD (depending on vehicle group)
Theft Protection (TP): In the case of theft or fire, you must contact the police and report the incident within
24 hours, and submit a copy of the police report, the rental agreement and the Vehicles keys to the rental location.
Responsibility is non-waiverable in case of theft or damages due to a theft attempt (excess apply).
Theft protection does not apply beyond the rental date agreed with the pickup location.
